Cancellation and Refund Policy
XCAPE 39 · Bookings, cancellations and refunds
1. Booking confirmation
The company may request a deposit or partial payment to confirm the booking. The booking will remain subject to availability and verification that the customer meets the rental requirements.
2. Cancellation by the customer
Unless a different promotional condition is specified, the following cancellation fees will apply: more than 30 days before the start date, no charge; between 29 and 15 days, 30% of the rental amount; between 14 and 8 days, 50%; between 7 and 1 day, 80%; no-show, 100% of the contracted amount.
3. Lack of documentation or requirements
If the customer does not provide valid documentation, the appropriate driving licence, a credit card for the deposit, or fails to meet the rental requirements, the company may refuse delivery of the vehicle and apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
4. Early return
Returning the vehicle early at the customer’s request will not entitle the customer to a refund, unless expressly accepted in writing by the company.
5. Cancellation by the company
The company may cancel or not start the rental for safety reasons, force majeure, unexpected vehicle unavailability, failure by the customer to meet requirements, or inability to guarantee the proper provision of the service. In such cases, the company will proceed, where appropriate, with the refund of unused amounts paid, unless the breach is attributable to the customer.
6. Vehicle return
The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place, date and time, with the same fuel level and with all accessories, helmets, documentation and keys. Delays, missing items or damage may result in additional charges.
7. Refunds
In the event of an applicable refund, it will be processed using the same payment method whenever possible and within the usual timeframes of the payment provider or banking institution.
